Principles applicable to the processing of personal data
The processing of the User’s personal data will be subject to the following principles contained in Article 5 of the RGPD and Article 4 and following of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights:
Principle of legality, loyalty and transparency: the User’s consent will be required at all times, after being informed in a completely transparent manner of the purposes for which the personal data are collected.
Principle of purpose limitation: personal data will be collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes.

Purposes, legitimacy and conservation of the processing of the data sent through:

Purpose: To answer your requests for information, to deal with your requests and to answer your queries or doubts.
Legitimation: The consent of the user when requesting information through the email address
Conservation: Until after your request has been answered by email, if you have not generated a new treatment.

Purpose: To send our commercial newsletter and informative and advertising communications about our products, offers, discounts and events that are of interest to you, including by electronic means: The user’s consent when subscribing to our commercial mailings and/or newsletters.
Conservation: Until the interested party revokes the consent and requests the cancellation of the service.
Purpose: A) To process and manage your registration as a registered user to facilitate your next purchases, by saving your data. B) To send you information and communications about our products, offers, discounts and events, including by electronic means.
Legitimation: A) The user’s consent when registering on the website as a user/customer. B) The responsible party’s legitimate interest in keeping its users/customers informed about our products, offers, discounts and events.
Conservation: A) For as long as the user is registered on the website. B) As long as the user does not exercise his/her right to oppose commercial mailings or exercise his/her right to cancel his/her personal data.
Obligation to provide us with your personal data and consequences of not doing so.
In compliance with the provisions of articles 8 of the GDPR/RGPD and 7 of the Spanish Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, only those over 14 years of age may give their consent to the processing of their personal data in a lawful manner.
