In the case of samples or products in stock in which NEUBAROCK FELGEN SL expressly pre-accepted the returns, the customer will have 10 days from the receipt of the order to withdraw the purchase, provided that none of the products has been used or negligently manipulated, having to be returned in its original packaging and perfect condition, and assuming by the customer the insured shipping cost by the agency that NEUBAROCK FELGEN SL designates.
By default, all NEUBAROCK® items are made by request. So, the returns and the refunds are only applicable for items in stock, like samples; not applicable for personalized orders; therefore, in this case returns are not accepted; but the client can close the purchase nervelessly, since a communication process will be opened between neuBarock and the customer to confirm all the details of the order, being able to change, rectify or cancel any specification or even the entire order during this period; it is very important to verify all the specifications and ask any questions before the definitive order close; once this closing is effective and confirmed by the client, it will not be possible to apply any additional changes and returns of the products, it will not be accepted anyway; due to the high value of the product, the quality and finish controls are in accordance by our owns standards, and each rim will be thoroughly checked in all its details; But, in the unlikely event that there could be a defect, the customer must inform within 72 hours after receiving the products, properly reporting the problem and attaching the images and/or videos that may be necessary. In the case of having to return the product for a defect that justifies it, to be replaced by another or whose solution that requires it, it will be the customer’s responsibility to return the items with their original packaging.
The relationship between NEUBAROCK FELGEN S.L. and the client will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and tribunals of the city of Valencia (Spain).
